Remodrn, formerly Las Americas, was founded in the early 2000s in Peru, South America by Buffalo, NY native Ben Lyszewski. It was here the design + build company specialized in the build out of modern homes, all characterized by natural elements and textures. The end result were unique and functional homes that beautify the Peruvian desert. After spending 10 years mastering the skill of modern home design in Peru, Ben and family returned home to Buffalo, NY. After years of servicing WNY, we now bring the art of modern and unique home design to the Pensacola, FL area.
