Once purchased, Remodrn went to work on this full home remodel/renovation outside Buffalo, NY. Part of the entire home renovation to this project included:

• Demolition – The first step was demo. The kitchen needed to be demolished, as well as the upper level of the home to recreate three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
• Modern Kitchen Remodel – After removal of the kitchen, we replaced with new modern cabinets and countertops. White and gray cabinets alongside a custom island with butcher block countertop were installed.  Functionality combined with design aesthetic create a modern, euro style kitchen.
• Custom Framing – The entire upper level was demolished to recreate the three bedrooms and 2 baths. 
• Drywall – Once framing was in place, dry wall was installed.
• Custom Closets – Custom closet spaces were built into each of the bedrooms.
• Custom Loft – The first bedroom was rebuilt with a loft and custom staircase/ladder leading up to the loft area.
• Bathroom Remodel – 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs bathroom were both remodeled in similar styles to create a unified theme in the home. New tile was installed, along with new showers and vanities.
• Custom Stairs and Bannister – We completed a full staircase overhaul from lower level to upper level along with a custom bannisters and railings.
• Window/Door replacement – All windows  and sliding doors were replaced with energy efficient windows in black
• Engineered Hardwood Flooring Installation – We installed new floors to create a modern aesthetic in the home, as well as tile in the three bathrooms.
